CRH Medical Acquires Majority Stake in Two Anesthesia Groups

  • CRH Medical Corporation (“CRH”), a wholly owned subsidiary of WELL Health that provides physicians with innovative services and products for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, completes majority stake acquisition for 51% of Northern Georgia Anesthesia Associates, LLC. (“NGAA”) and 51% of Myrtle Beach Anesthesia Associates, LLC. (“MBAA”)
  • The acquisition of NGAA creates a strategic partnership between CRH and 10 GI physicians in the Atlanta metro market while adding two additional sites of service
  • The acquisition of MBAA creates a strategic partnership between CRH and 5 GI physicians in the Myrtle Beach market while adding one site of service
  • The combined estimated annualized revenue run-rate is approximately US$6.5 million and will be immediately accretive to Cash Flow and EBITDA(1)
  • These accretive acquisitions add increased scale to CRH’s already significant Georgia presence while also expanding within South Carolina since entering the market in mid-2024

ATLANTA, GA, June 2, 2025  – CRH Medical Corporation, a leading provider of products and services for gastrointestinal providers, is pleased to announce it has completed two accretive transactions; a 51% stake in Northern Georgia Anesthesia Associates, LLC (“NGAA”) and a 51% stake in Myrtle Beach Anesthesia Associates, LLC (“MBAA”), both of which are providers of gastrointestinal (GI) related anesthesia services.

NGAA performs GI anesthesia services at two endoscopic surgery locations in the Atlanta metro area while MBAA performs services at one endoscopy center in Myrtle Beach. The combined majority acquisitions are expected to be immediately accretive to CRH’s cashflows and represent an estimated current annual revenue run-rate of approximately US$6.5 million.
