ATLANTA, GA, October 6, 2026 – CRH Anesthesia (“CRH”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CRH Medical Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to gastrointestinal (“GI”) providers, today announced the completion of an accretive transaction establishing a strategic partnership with Associates in Gastroenterology through the acquisition of a majority interest in Southern Colorado Anesthesia Associates, LLC (“SCAA”), a provider of anesthesia services for GI procedures in the Colorado Springs market.
Associates in Gastroenterology and SCAA collectively serve patients at two ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”) in the Colorado Springs area. The transaction adds 10 GI physicians to CRH’s network of physician partners and expands the company’s Colorado presence to 17 locations.
The partnership represents another step in the continued expansion of CRH’s GI-focused anesthesia platform and marks its entry into the Colorado Springs market, further broadening its footprint in the state.
