ATLANTA, GA, December 16, 2025 – CRH Anesthesia (“CRH”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CRH Medical Corporation, a leading provider of products and services for gastrointestinal providers, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Carolina Digestive Health Associates through a completed and accretive transaction; a majority stake in Greater Charlotte Sedation Associates, LLC (“GCSA”), a provider of gastrointestinal (GI) related anesthesia services in the Charlotte metro market.
Together, Carolina Digestive and GCSA serve patients across four ambulatory surgical centers in Charlotte and surrounding areas. The acquisition of GCSA creates a strategic partnership between CRH and 15 GI physicians, expanding its already robust network of physician partners in North Carolina, now totaling 18 locations across the state.
