Jay Kreger

Since joining CRH in July of 2016, Mr. Kreger has further developed an anesthesia management team necessary to grow and sustain our best-in-class anesthesia service and ensure the seamless integration of newly acquired practices onto the CRH Anesthesia platform. Prior to joining CRH, Mr. Kreger was the VP of Development for the Ambulatory Surgery Division of HCA, where he was responsible for expanding HCA’s network to +130 ASCs through acquisitions and partnerships. Prior to HCA, Mr. Kreger provided business development and operations advisory services to physicians and healthcare companies, as well as strategic direction and performance management for regional ASC operations for several large US healthcare companies. Mr. Kreger has over 25 years of diversified experience, focusing on Business Development and Operations and was previously President of CRH Anesthesia.
Samantha Hystad
SVP, Finance & Accounting
Joining CRH Medical in March 2015, Samantha has brought substantial knowledge of financial reporting and the application of US GAAP and IFRS, as well as being responsible for developing our Finance team.
Before joining CRH, Samantha began her career with KPMG LLP in Canada before gaining international experience working with KPMG LLP in the United Kingdom. Samantha is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of British Columbia.
With over 20 years of experience in finance teams across various sectors, Samantha plays a vital role in growing CRM Medical Corporation.
Jami Hagler
VP and General Manager, CRH Anesthesia
With 20 years of multi-site management and leadership experience ranging from private sector to hospital-based healthcare as well as private, non-profit organizations, Jami Hagler has excelled in building high-performing, results-driven, diverse, servant leadership teams, composed of Physicians, APPs, and Operations support, that have made positive impacts in communities across the country. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University.
Jeff Perry
VP, Revenue Cycle
Jeff is a seasoned healthcare financial executive and leads revenue cycle operations for CRH. He excels in driving process improvements and change initiatives to enhance top- and bottom-line performance. Prior to joining CRH, Jeff served as the Vice President of Operations at Change Healthcare, and has also held positions with Envision Physician Services, Urgent Care Specialists/Hometown Urgent Care, Signature Healthcare, and Kindred Healthcare.
Jeff attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Jeff also attended the University of Virginia, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in business.
Dorimar Siverio-Minardi, MPH, MBA, CMPE
VP, Payor Strategy
Dori serves as Vice President of Payor Strategy at CRH, where she leads the development of payor relationships, optimizes contract negotiations, and drives reimbursement strategies. She is a highly accomplished senior healthcare executive with a background that includes working with an array of healthcare organizations building strategy and improving operations. Her experience as a managed care and value-based expert has allowed her to explore novel approaches that deliver value to patients, institutions, payors and employers. Dori attended Loyola University New Orleans for her undergraduate studies and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Healthcare and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Healthcare Organizations & Management, both from the University of South Florida. She is based in Tampa, FL.
Dan Fussman
VP, Corporate Development
Dan serves as CRH’s Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, he leads CRH’s growth strategy and new business ventures through the execution of M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions while also taking an active role in integration and onboarding. He firmly believes that physician alignment is paramount for the success of long-term business partnerships. Prior to joining CRH, Dan was Director of Corporate Development with InnovaCare Health, a value-based care primary care platform, where he led their Florida expansion efforts which included practice acquisitions, ancillary services expansion, and other growth initiatives. Prior to InnovaCare, he worked at Jefferies in their Healthcare Investment Banking group where he advised various healthcare companies on M&A, strategic alternatives, and capital financings. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
Doug Jones
VP, Strategy, CRH Anesthesia & General Manager, Radar Healthcare Providers
Doug is the Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of Radar Healthcare Providers at CRH, where he excels in relationship management and financial communication with physician partners in CRH’s anesthesia joint ventures. He is also focused on driving growth in the staffing service line through Radar Healthcare Providers. With eight years of experience at a management consulting firm prior to joining CRH in 2022, Doug has a strong background in advising healthcare clients on financial performance and process improvement, bringing valuable insights to his current role. Doug earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and holds both an MBA and an MHA from Georgia State University, equipping him with a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape.
Ed Sutton, MD
Medical Director, CRH Anesthesia
Dr. Ed Sutton has been practicing anesthesia for nearly 25 years with his areas of expertise aiding to assure the consistent delivery of quality anesthesia services at the centers served by CRH Anesthesia. He is responsible for directing and monitoring CRNA activities as well as contributing to overall operations through involvement with management. Dr. Sutton completed both his medical degree and anesthesia training from the Medical College of Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia. Dr. Sutton is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Donnie Vinson, MD
Medical Director, CRH Anesthesia
Dr. Donnie Vinson works to maintain the highest quality of anesthesia services for both existing practices and new practices that join as a partner with CRH Anesthesia. Dr. Vinson most recently comes to us from Rockdale Anesthesia Services in Conyers, Georgia, where he was a practicing partner for 24 years. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and completed his medical degree and residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia.
Mitchel Guttenplan, MD, FACS
Medical Director, CRH GI Solutions
Dr. Mitch Guttenplan joined CRH in 2006 as the Co-Medical Director of the Centers for Colorectal Health in Metropolitan Atlanta, and became the Medical Director for CRH in 2008. He graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine and completed his residence in General Surgery at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, and he has been practicing general surgery in metropolitan Atlanta since 1987. As our Medical Director, he has trained over 1,500 surgeons and gastroenterologists in the use of the CRH O’Regan System, and has also been a guest lecturer at numerous medical schools, hospitals and GI societies, as well as regional and national scientific meetings.
Andrew Gorchynsky, MD, FACS
Associate Medical Director, CRH GI Solutions
Dr. Andy Gorchynsky joined CRH in 2009 as Associate Medical Director. He attended the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and then went on to complete his General Surgery residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL and has been in general surgery practice there since 1982. Since joining CRH Medical, Dr. Gorchynsky has been able to travel across the country, training over 1,000 physicians on hemorrhoids and the CRH O’Regan System.
Robert Backie
National Sales Director, CRH GI Solutions
Robert Backie joined CRH in 2021 as National Sales Director. In this role, he leads business development efforts for the CRH O’Regan System and manages relationships with our private equity-backed enterprise clients, including Gastro Health, GI Alliance, US Digestive, and Peak Gastroenterology Associates. Prior to CRH, Robert led global teams in semiconductor manufacturing, cybersecurity, healthcare, and medical artificial intelligence. He has worked with CVS, Intel, Samsung, Walgreens, and the Qatar Healthcare Authority. Robert is based in Scottsdale, AZ.
